In the last module, you used the environmental Business Model Canvas (BMC), and the Origin Coffee example, to help you construct an environmental BMC for your organisation.
In this module, you are going to apply the social dimension to your business model canvas (BMC) developed by Alexandre Joyce and Raymond L. Paquin (2016).
The main objective of using Joyce and Paquin’s social BMC is to capture the key social impacts of your organisation that occur from the interactions between you and your stakeholders. It then provides insight for exploring ways to innovate your organisation’s actions to become a more socially regenerative business.
